The Command Hospital (EC) has submitted a report dated 26th September, 2023, which has been placed before this Court by the Registry.

2.

It appears that the writ petitioner has been found medically fit on account of Scabies.

3.

In that view of the matter, the respondents shall, if necessary, take further steps in this matter in accordance with law in the process of recruitment of the writ petitioner in the post of Constable (GD) in the CAPFs for the year 2022.

4.

If the writ petitioner is required to comply with any further requirements under the recruitment rules, he shall be liable to do so.

5.

The appointment of the writ petitioner shall be in terms of this Court's order within a period of one month from date.

6.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

7.

There shall be no order as to costs.

8.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
