In view of the report of the Command Hospital (EC), the writ petitioner shall be deemed as medically fit. 2.

The respondents shall take further steps towards appointment of the writ petitioner.

The writ petitioner shall be liable to comply with any further requirements subject to fulfillment of further conditions.

4.

The writ petitioner shall be recruited to the post of Constable (GD) in the CAPFs for the year 2022 in terms of this Court's order within a period of one month from date.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

6.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
