During pendency of the proceeding, a compromise and settlement was arrived at between the private parties of all disputes that had led to the initiation of the impugned proceeding. The complainant wants and undertakes to withdraw the case against the accused-petitioner before the learned trial Court. The offences involved are all compoundable. As such, the petitioners would not like to press this application. On the prayer of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the revisional application and the connected application are disposed of as not

pressed.

However, liberty is granted to the parties to approach the learned trial Court for the complainantopposite party to pray for withdrawal of the complaint filed against the accused.
