G.S.Das Mr. Sandipan Das ... for the Petitioner(s) Re Inadvertently, in the fourth paragraph of the order dated 10.09.2025, it has been transcribed as "State has submitted a report which reflects that a proceeding under Section 163(2) of BNSS was filed by one Ajayendra Tola." The same is incorrect, it should be read as follows:

"State has submitted a report which reflects that a proceeding under Section 163(2) of the BNSS was filed by Bijayendra Tola & Ors." This order be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 10.09.2025.

Department is directed to incorporate the necessary corrections in the order dated 10.09.2025.

Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
