1. Petitioner complains of violation of the order dated July 30, 2021.

2. The order dated July 30, 2021 is an interim order. It directed the police to ensure that there was no breach of peace in the suit property as described in the decree passed by the Civil Court. Directions for affidavit were given.

3. Court is not informed as to the result of the writ petition being WPA 2595 of 2021.

4. Be that as it may, learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnors submits a report which be taken on record.

5. It appears from such report that there is no instance of breach of peace. In fact, it appears that, police were ready and willing to extend protection whenever required by the petitioner.

6. In view of the order dated July 30, 2021 being an interim order and in view of the materials on record, I am not minded to invoke provisions of Article 215 of the Constitution of India or the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

7. CPAN 881 of 2022 is dismissed.
