The petitioner is aggrieved by the materials collected by the investigating agency in course of investigation and the conclusion of investigation by way of submission of Charge-sheet under Sections 498A/406/307/494/34 of the IPC.

As the Investigating Agency have completed the investigation and the case is before the learned jurisdictional court, I

am of the view that the grievance be advanced by the petitioner as the defactocomplainant of the case, by way of invoking the provisions of either Section 173(8) of the cr.p.c. or Section 193(9) of the BNSS.

The petitioner would, if she is aggrieved, approach the learned jurisdictional court.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20221 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
