The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of objection to such proposed assessment being submitted the authorities have not taken any decision in that regard. In view thereof WPA 17924 of 2007 and the connected application are disposed of by directing the respondent no.

2 herein to consider the objection of the petitioner dated January 13, 2007 which is appearing at page 20 of the writ petition annexed as Annexure P3 and to dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and/or his authorized representative and communicate the reasoned order to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the server copy of this order.
