And In the matter of: Aijul Hoque and others .... petitioners Mr. Mrityunjoy Chatterjee, Mr. Manas Das, Mr. Akash Sarkar, Mr. Arindam Poali ....for the petitioners Mr. Debabrata Chatterjee, Mr. Raju Jana ....for the State 1.

Pursuant to the earlier direction, the statement of the injured is produced.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the materials available in the case diary, the nature and extent of complicity of the petitioners in the commission of the alleged offence and having regard to the injury report which appears that the injury sustained is simple in nature and the circumstances under which the incident occurred, we are of the view that custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not necessary. 4.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners, namely, Aijul Hoque, Karimul Hoque, Tarikul Sk and Samim Sk. respectively shall be released on bail Signed By :

upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, corresponding to Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.

The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigation and shall meet the Investigating Officer as and when required. 6.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is disposed of.
