Sk. Anwar Ali ... for the petitioner Mr. Swapan Banerjee Mr. Saugata Mitra ...for the State The petitioner's grievance is that he was working as a Siksha Bandhu. For some reasons he could not attend the school which he clarified by giving one representation. The Samagra Shiksha Mission, Bankura (District Project Officer) by his letter dated 18.11.2021 has intimated the petitioner that his matter has been forwarded to the State Project Director, PBSSM vide memo dated 24.09.2021 whether he is entitled for joining or not.

This matter has not been decided uptil now by the State Project Director.

I direct the Director of PBSSM to look into the matter and to consider the case of the petitioner by taking assistance of any subordinate responsible officer and directing the said subordinate officer to place before him the findings of the said officer within six weeks from the date of communication of this order and the State Project Director, if he agrees with the findings of the said officer under him, he will

send it under his signature to the District Project Officer of Bankura by three weeks thereafter with a copy to the petitioner. The District Project Officer will take steps according to the signed order of the Director of PBSSM.

With this direction, this writ application is disposed of.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy upon the State Project Director of PBSSM immediately. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
