The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his complaint has not been addressed by the police authorities.

In view of the nature of the contentions so advanced in the complaint, I direct the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional criminal court. If there is any dispute relating to right, title and interest in respect of the property of both the parties, they would approach the jurisdictional civil court. The police authorities in the meantime would ensure that no breach of the peace or tranquillity takes place in respect of the subject property in dispute either at the instance of the petitioner or the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 20209 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
