In view of the written instruction dated September 30, 2022 obtained from the writ petitioner, the learned advocates submitted that, the writ petitioner is no more willing to proceed with this writ petition since the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.

In view of the above, this writ petition being W.P.A. 19935 of 2022 stands dismissed for "nonprosecution". There shall however be no order as to costs.
