Chatterjee ... for the respondent Bank The petitioners seek an order restraining the respondent Bank from taking any steps in furtherance of a Notice dated 16th August, 2022.

The petitioners are already before the DRT and the only complaint is with regard to the designated Bench not giving a date on which the petitioners' application will be taken up for hearin.

The petitioners shall be at liberty of moving the concerned Bench of the DRT for taking a date on which the petitioners' application will be heard. The petitioners shall also be at liberty showing this order to the concerned Bench to obtain an early date of hearing. The

respondent Bank shall not take any steps against the petitioners until the matter is heard in presence of both parties or until 17th October, 2022, whichever is earlier. WPA 19936 of 2022 is disposed of in terms of the above.
