1. The petitioner wanted service connection in his name. The authority informed the petitioner that the premises being a multi-storeyed building, application in the proper form should be made by the developer. The petitioner submits that he is also entitled to take connection.

2. The writ petition is disposed of with direction upon the developer to apply in procedure B and upon grant of such connection, the petitioner and other individual occupiers may also apply for individual connection.

3. All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of the order.
