The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, in the cause title of the revisional application, there is mention of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas instead of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas. He, therefore, prays for necessary correction in the order dated 20.01.2022.

The learned advocate for the petitioner further prays that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to make necessary correction in the cause title of the revisional application.

Such prayer is allowed.

At page No. 1 in the 3rd paragraph of the order dated 20.01.2022, the expression "Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas" should be read as "learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas".

At page No. 2 in the 1st paragraph also of the order dated 20.01.2022, the expression "Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas" should be read as "learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas".

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 20.01.2022 after necessary amendments are made in the cause title of the revisiosnal application.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, be applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of all formalities.
