Case No. 95 of 2020. I find from the records that the revisional application was pending before the ld. JM, 5th Court, Barrackpore, which was under the various provisions of PWDV Act, 2005. The lady has approached this Court because of the pendency of the proceedings for more than three years.

Having considered the prayer so advanced, I am of the opinion that the ld. Magistrate would fix at least one date in every 45 days, so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period time. If the interim prayer, till date, has not been considered, the ld. Magistrate would try to dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3258 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
