1) Affidavit-of-service filed in Court is kept with the record.

2) Petitioners made applications for mutual transfer on 2nd February, 2025 on portal and grievance of the petitioners is their mutual transfer applications are yet to be decided by the concerned authority of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission (for short, "Commission").

3) Respondents are represented by learned advocates.

4) Learned advocate representing the Commission submits that in the writ petition it is not disclosed whether petitioners have obtained „no objection‟ from their respective schools or not. In absence of „no objection‟ mutual transfer applications may not to be decided in favour of the petitioners as it is contended on behalf of the Commission.

5) Having considered the respective submissions made on behalf of the parties, Secretary of the Commission being respondent no. 5 is directed to decide mutual

transfer applications of the petitioners in accordance with law by six weeks from date of communication of this order after granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. Petitioners shall produce „no objection‟ certificates obtained from their respective schools when they will appear before respondent no. 5. Decision to be taken by respondent no. 5 shall be communicated to the petitioners by fortnight thereafter.

6) Writ petition stands disposed of.

7) There shall be no order as to costs.

8) Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
