In terms of the earlier order dated 22nd August, 2023, the Eastern Command Hospital, Kolkata has submitted a report dated 26th September, 2023 and the same is taken on record.

The petitioner has been found medically unfit in "Hallux Valgus".

3.

The petitioner may obtain a copy of the first page of the report.

4.

In that view of the matter, no relief can be granted to the writ petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

6.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
