This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the complainant praying for a direction upon the learned Additional District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission Rajarhat (New Town) to dispose of the Consumer Complaint No. CC/601/2022 expeditiously. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the hearing of the consumer complaint case is being adjourned from time to time on frivolous ground.

From the order-sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that January 20, 2026 is fixed for hearing for the argument in the consumer complaint case.

In view thereof, C.O. 3076 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission Rajarhat (New Town) to take up the hearing of the

consumer complaint case no. CC/601/2022 on the next date fixed i.e. on January 20, 2026 and to make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance with all the necessary formalities.
