Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The petitioners are aggrieved by the encroachment which has been at the instance of the private respondents in respect of their property. Be that as it may, a representation was made to the Superintendent of Police, Murshidabad Police District in respect of such trespass.

The Superintendent of Police, Murshidabad Police District will depute an officer of his choice for conducting an enquiry and after obtaining the report will take action in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 20229 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
