Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner by placing before this Court the communication dated 1st March, 2025, would submit that to take benefit of Amnesty scheme introduced by the Government towards settlement of disputes for the financial year 2019-2020, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant writ petition.

2. A copy of the communication dated 1st March, 2025 is taken on record.

3. Having regard thereto, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
