1. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners have prayed for quashing of proceedings under section 125 of the Cr.P.C. Relationship between the petitioners and opposite party no. 1 is admitted. Opposite party no. 1 was driven out of the matrimonial home and a criminal case alleging cruelty is pending. Petitioners contend opposite party no. 2 is living in adultery. This issue requires to be probabilised by opposite party no. 2 in course of hearing of the case. However, no jurisdictional error is evident which would require invocation of inherent powers to quash the proceeding.
