But he is entitled for payment of interest for delayed disbursement of monetary benefits.

I send the matter to the District Inspector of Schools to consider the matter of the petitioner after hearing the petitioner within a period of four weeks from date and to pass a reasoned order.

With this direction, the writ application is disposed of.
