Though, prima facie, it reflects that the petitioner purchased the vehicle on the basis of Hire Purchase Agreement.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Samrat Paul, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to represent the State. His appearance may be regularized by the concerned authority.

Since the vehicle was financed by ICICI Bank Limited, I am of the view that the petitioner would exhaust his remedies before the jurisdictional civil court, as such, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20226 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
