Apprehending arrest in connection with Goalpokher Police Station Case No.321 of 2020 dated 14.10.2020 under Sections 448/341/302/34 18 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, the petitioner has filed the present application. Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considered the materials in the case diary. Prima facie, overt act has been specifically attributed to the petitioner herein. Considering the seriousness of the offence, the nature of accusations and the extent of complicity of the petitioner, we are not inclined to exercise discretion in her favour. As such, her prayer for anticipatory bail is refused. The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM 8668 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
