Mr. Malay Kr Ghoshal Kumar of Sunderbans .......for the petitioner (In Person) Mr. Nilotpal Chatterjee Mr. Raja Saha Mr. Satyaki Banerjee .........for the University The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner taught German Language in the concerned University for twelve years as a Guest Lecturer and for three years as a Requestee Lecturer.

The petitioner, appearing in person, now seeks a direction on the University to permit the petitioner to teach German Language in the University in accordance with the letter dated 30th September, 2013.

Since the position is that the University at present does not offer any course of German Language, only relief which can be given to the petitioner at this stage is that the petitioner shall be at liberty of approaching this Court as and when the University introduces a course on European Languages including German.

WPA 18338 of 2019 is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court as and when the situation arises and the

University shall inform the petitioner when the University starts a course on German Language. Since no affidavit is called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
