Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners.

Petitioners complain that the private respondents are barging into the property of the petitioners and thereby disturbing and interfering with peaceful enjoyment of such property. To that effect, information has been furnished before Rabindranagar Police Station. However, no steps were taken by the police authorities. Consequently, the private respondents are aggressive and are trying to show their powers in the area.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Rabindranagar Police Station Case No. 350 of 2025 dated 25.08.2025 has been registered for investigation against four accused persons which includes the private respondents.

Having considered that preliminary steps have been taken by way of registration of FIR, police authorities would ensure that there is no violation of law and order.

So far as the other issues are concerned, petitioners will approach the jurisdictional court for necessary reliefs.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 19661 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
