Ms. Aparajita Rao Ms. Swastika Ray .....for the applicant Applicant alleges violation of the order dated 7th July, 2020 passed by a co-ordinate Bench on the connected writ petition.

Having perused the order dated 7th July, 2020, this Court is at a loss as to why this contempt application has been instituted since there is no specific direction upon the parties made by the co-ordinate Bench while passing order dated 7th July, 2020 save and except directing all parties to abide by the earlier decision of the Hon'ble Division Bench.

In view of the observations made by the co-ordinate Bench in the order dated 7th July, 2020 it appears that the present contempt application is not maintainable before this Court.

Accordingly, the contempt application stands dismissed. However, this order shall not preclude the applicant to take steps in accordance with law.

Urgent Xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
