The Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal at Calcutta by the order impugned dated June 27, 2024 has refused to entertain an appeal under Section 18 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 being Misc. Appeal No. 740 of 2023, arising out of the order dated September 19, 2023 passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal-III, Calcutta in S.A No. 766 of 2023 for want of pre-deposit.

This Court does not find any illegality and/or infirmity in the order impugned warranting interference.

C.O. 2901 of 2024 is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs.
