Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits coaccused husband of the petitioner had surrendered before the trial court.

Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes prayer for bail.

We have considered materials on record. Prayer of bail was rejected on merits after adverting to the history of injury at page no. 97 of the Case Diary implicating the petitioner in the alleged offence. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
