The report submitted by State is of 9th of March, 2025 fresh representation dated 13.03.2025 was submitted with the

Inspector-in-charge of Joypur Police Station by the Punjab National Bank (the petitioner herein).

The previous report reflects that demarcation has already been completed.

Accordingly, the portion of the demarcated property for which the claim has been presented by the petitioner/PNB and the schedule referred to in respect of the borrower as mentioned in Misc. Case No.

1 of 2016 be given effect to by the police authorities in accordance with law.

The cost involved for police assistance be assessed by the police authorities concerned.

Let, whole of the process relating to possession of the petitioner being handed over be completed at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19960 of 2022 is disposed of.
