Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent appellate authority being the Senior Joint Commissioner of State Tax in considering its representation dated 6th August, being annexure P/3 to the writ petition making prayer for early disposal of the appeal in question filed by it on 19th May, 2022.

Considering the submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA No. 19966 of 2022 is disposed of by requesting the respondent appellate authority concerned to dispose of the appeal in question filed by the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within three months from the date of communication of this order.
