The police are investigating the case. The police took information from the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) as to whether the petitioner is connected with such organisation. The Organisation stated in writing that the petitioner is not connected therewith. There are materials in the case diary requiring immediate custodial interrogation of the petitioner.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

In such circumstances, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 4215 of 2022 is dismissed.
