No.CAN 2 OF 2018 (Old No.CAN 8211 OF 2018) ------- This is an application for condonation of delay for an about more than 3 and a half year in filing the restoration application of a writ petition which was dismissed for default on January 15, 2015. The application for condonation was filed on or about October 4, 2018.

Mrinal Kanti Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the State respondents prayed for an opportunity to file affidavit.

Affidavit-in-opposition shall be filed on or before March 15, 2023. Affidavit-in-reply, if any, thereto be filed by March 30, 2023.

ACO The parties shall be at liberty to mention the application after completion of affidavits.

Re : I. A. No.CAN 1 OF 2018 (Old No.CAN 8210 OF 2018) ------- This is an application for restoration of the writ petition. The writ petition was dismissed on the ground of default on January 15, 2015.

Since the application for condonation is pending, this application shall appear along with the said application for condonation of delay being I.A. No. CAN 2 of 2018 (Old No. CAN 8211 of 2018).
