Alam ....for the petitioner Mr. Neiguive Ahmed Ms. Ayantika Ray ....for the State Considering the long absconsion of the petitioner in respect of a police case of September 21, 2020, which involves investigation under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. In such circumstances, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 4216 of 2022 is dismissed.
