It appears from the earlier order dated 6th March, 2017 passed by this Court that the revisional application preferred by the petitioners has already been disposed of. By the said order this Court has been pleased to set aside the impugned order passed by the learned Trial Court in connection with Misc. Appeal No. 34/2013. Thereafter, petitioner filed two applications praying for recalling the order passed by the Court dated 6th March, 2017 after condoning the delay.

Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the matter is pending since the year 2015. So, it appears that the petitioners have lost interest to proceed with the present case. Accordingly, the applications being CAN/7584/2018 and CAN/7585/2018 filed in connection with CO/2805/2015 are hereby dismissed for default. There will be no order as to costs.
