It appears from record that for the redressal of grievance raised in this writ petition, petitioner has already made a representation on 23rd June, 2023 before the respondent authority concerned.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 19596 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 23rd June, 2023, in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representatives and the private

respondents or their authorized representative and shall communicate the order to be passed by the authorities, within four weeks from the date of passing such order.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merit of the representation of the petitioner and the same shall be considered by the respondents strictly in accordance with law.
