It appears from record annexed to the writ petition that for redressal of the grievance raised in this writ petition, petitioner has already made a representation on 10th May, 2021 and further representation dated 18th October, 2022 being annexure P/1 and P/2 to the writ petition respectively.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this writ petition being WPA 19598 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 3/authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representations in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners or

their authorised representatives within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merit of the aforesaid representations and the respondent authority will consider the same strictly in accordance with law.
