Then, the petitioner will meet the Assistant Engineer and Station Manager, Gazole Customer Care Centre on any working day at around 12:00 noon. The said authority with its officials and the petitioner will cause an inspection. If it is found that the requirements, as pointed out to the petitioner earlier had been fulfilled, connection shall be given within a period of three months from date, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of the order.
