Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the investigation of Golabari Police Station case no. 270/2023 dated 01.09.2023 had been continuing for a considerable period of time and the police authorities failed to arrive at a conclusion in respect of the investigation. In view of the passage of time which has passed, the police authorities would put in efforts in case the charge-sheet till date has not been submitted and take steps for filing their report within a scheduled period of time preferably within a period of three months from date of communication of this order.

In case charge-sheet has already been submitted before the Jurisdictional Court, a notice be issued to the de facto complainant informing the next date fixed before the learned Jurisdictional Court.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 20236 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
