Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent as well as the state is present.

The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of the injunction order passed in Title Suit No. 277 of 2024 by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Basirhat, 24-Parganas, North learned advocate appearing for the private respondent disputes and submits that there has been no violation of the

injunction order passed in Title Suit No. 277 of 2024. Be that as it may learned advocate appearing for the state submits that police authorities have already taken appropriate steps and registered First Information Report being Hasnabad Police Station Case No. 391/24.

In view of the police authorities taking steps, it would be for the petitioner to bring the specific violation of the injunction order to the notice of the police authorities and in case specific violations are reported, police authorities will act in accordance with law. It is further directed that the police authorities will keep strict vigil and will ensure that there is no breach of peace and tranquility in respect of the subject property in dispute.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 20254 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending applications if any are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
