Without going into the dispute whether some of the documents or all the documents were handed over to the petitioner in compliance with the provisions of Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I direct the State that an index be prepared, all these 15 documents be once again handed over to the petitioner when he will be produced before the Learned Trial Court on the next date. The petitioner would give an acknowledgement on the index with his own signature and the same would be under the seal of the Learned Special Court. The cost regarding the documents would be

borne out by the petitioner, in view of the submissions advanced by the State that the documents have already handed over or part of the documents have already been handed over.

Learned Trial Court would ensure that the order is complied with prior to the next stage being proceeded with the aforesaid directions. The officer who was directed to appear pursuant to the order dated 24.11.2022 is present in Court. Her further appearance before this Court is dispensed with.

With the aforesaid observations, C.R.R. 3264 of 2022 is disposed of.
