He also submits that his clients do not want to proceed with the revisional application any further and the petitioner no.2 died on 23.01.2022.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned advocate for the petitioners, CRR 2800 of 2018 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

CRAN 1 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of.
