Supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

By the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the transfer order under Memo No.3126/1

(5) dated 24th July, 2025.

Mr. Saibal Acharya, learned advocate for District Primary School Council, Purba Bardhman submits that the petitioner has already been reverted back to his previous place of posting, namely, BMHS Primary English Medium Morning School (hereinafter referred to as 'said school') upon withdrawal of the earlier order of transfer. He files a copy of the letter of Chairman,

District Primary School Council, Purba Bardhman under Memo No.510 dated 18th February, 2026 which is taken on record.

Mr. Nilanjan Bhattcharjee, learned Senior Advocate submits upon instruction that the copy of aforementioned letter has not reached the petitioner. He seeks that direction to join by three working days be made from the date of this order.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 19368 of 2025 stands disposed of without any order. 6.

The petitioner is granted liberty to join the said school within three working days from date of this order. 7.

Copy of the letter of Chairman, District Primary School Council, Purba Bardhman under Memo No.510 dated 18th February, 2026 has been handed over to Mr. Bhattcharjee, learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioner.

Since no affidavits have been called for, the allegation made in the writ petition is deemed to be not admitted. 9.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. 11.

There shall be no order as to costs.

12.

All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

13.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
