1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner's application for transfer on self medical ground, though approved by the Head of the Institution, has not been forwarded to the District Inspector of Schools/Additional District Inspector of Schools allegedly on the ground of suspension of the Utshashree portal.

3. The no objection certificate and the declaration of the school signed by the headmistress and the secretary on 14th November, 2025 handed over in Court today is taken on record.

4. The Head of the Institution is directed to forward the application of the petitioner along with the no objection certificate to the concerned

District Inspector of Schools/Additional District Inspector of Schools for taking necessary consequential steps in the matter strictly in accordance with the prevailing transfer rules and the law laid down by the this Court from time to time.

5. Steps shall be taken by the Head of the Institution at the earliest but positively within period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

6. The State respondents, that is, the District Inspector of Schools/Additional District Inspector of Schools shall consider the document and take further necessary consequential steps in the matter in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of receiving all documents from the school.

7. The fate of the petitioner's application shall made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

8. It is made clear that suspension of Utsashree portal will not stand in way of the respondent authority to consider the transfer application of the petitioner.

9. The writ petition stands disposed of.

10. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities. (Amrita Sinha, J.)
