Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that she is being foisted with criminal cases.

I find that both the petitioner and the private respondents are at logger heads and both criminal and civil cases are being initiated at the instance of either the petitioner or the respondent.

The police authorities have investigated and come to their findings either by way of charge sheet or by a report for discharge. The jurisdictional criminal courts are in seisin of the matter. It is not the case that the complaints of the petitioners were not addressed by the police authorities. But the grievance is that the petitioner's son is being falsely implicated. As the charge sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court, petitioner would be at liberty to address the jurisdictional court regarding truth or falsity of the allegations either at the stage of consideration of charges or in due course of the trial. With the aforesaid observations WPA 20244 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending applications if any are consequently disposed of.
