Report submitted by the state be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners. Petitioner is aggrieved regarding lavatory being constructed at his land at the behest of the private respondents. According to the petitioner until and unless the police authorities arrest him he is unable to remove the same. The prayer so advanced by the petitioner without an order from an appropriate authority either a civil court or the panchayat or the B.D.O. cannot be implemented by the police authorities. Petitioner would be at liberty to approach the appropriate authorities and if any

direction is passed, police authorities would comply with the same. In the meantime, police authorities would keep strict vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace takes places at the subject property referred to in the writ petition.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 20265 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending applications if any are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
