Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention to the materials in the case diary. He submits that the petitioner is involved in a racket of extracting money from the public on the promise of Government jobs.

There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner in the offences alleged. Apparently, the petitioner is involved in extracting money from the public on the promise of Government jobs. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 4219 of 2022 is dismissed.
