Both the contempt applications have been filed alleging violation of an order dated 20th September, 2004 passed in WP 3299 (W) of 2004 with WPA 19766 (W) of 2003. It appears that Rules were issued on 14th October, 2004 in both the matters.

Both the matters appeared in the list on 15th July, 2021 and were called twice but no one appeared on behalf of the parties. Today the matters have been placed in the list marked as "Last Chance" with a note that appropriate orders will be passed if no one appears when the matters are taken up. Even today, no one appears on behalf of any of the parties. No one has also applied for joining in the virtual mode.

In the facts and circumstances as aforesaid, it appears that none of the parties are interested in proceeding further with the contempt petitions. Both the contempt petitions are disposed of without any further order.

Rules stand discharged accordingly.
