Petitioner claims that he is being obstructed to use a common passage.

The subject matter whether it is a common passage or not is to be assessed first. Petitioner will file his representation before the panchayat or the Block Development Officer who would see to that his easementory right is not deprived. The police authorities if they find over the issue of usage of the passage there is any dispute and violation of law and order, they would ensure that there is no breach of peace and tranquility and continue to keep a strict vigil in respect of the subject property in dispute. With the aforesaid observations WPA 20268 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending applications if any are consequently disposed of.
