Learned advocate representing the applicant is directed to serve notice of this contempt application enclosing copy of the contempt application and the order passed by this Court today upon the alleged contemnors by two weeks from date and file affidavit of service on the adjourned date.

The contempt application is made returnable on 8th September, 2023.

However, pendency of this contempt proceeding shall not preclude the alleged contemnors from complying with the order passed by this Court on 29th June, 2022.
